Design & Collaboration
The first phase centered on a comprehensive interior renovation developed alongside Jennifer Masters and her team at Masters Collective. The design approach focused on refining the home’s interior experience through upgraded lighting, custom detailing, and carefully integrated finish selections.
Particular attention was given to improving the quality of light and spatial continuity throughout the residence, including updated lighting systems, revised ceiling layouts, mosaic bathroom flooring, and coordinated material transitions throughout the interior.
The second phase expanded into exterior improvements in collaboration with TROP Architecture, enhancing the relationship between the residence, pool environment, and surrounding landscape.
Execution & Key Elements
Interior work included demolition and replacement of existing lighting systems, upgrades to electrical infrastructure, replacement of all ceiling fans, updated finish materials, and integration of revised reflected ceiling and lighting plans throughout the home.
Execution required close coordination between architectural detailing, lighting systems, and existing conditions to ensure a cohesive and refined result. Particular attention was given to lighting controls, fixture integration, and finish continuity throughout the renovation.
Exterior improvements included the addition of a new pool and pool deck, walkways, sitting areas, covered entry enhancements, fencing systems, and landscape integration across the approximately 12,966 square foot waterfront property (0.30 acres).
Construction sequencing and site coordination required careful management of drainage, grading, vegetation protection, and compliance with FEMA flood zone requirements and City of Sarasota regulations.
